To obtain your servers hash you must log into
your WHM. This is how the program is able to connect to your WHM. In
your cPanel log into your WHM:

Setup Remote Access Key

In your WHM choose Setup Remote Access
Key from your left menu. Highlight your remote access key and copy it
to your computers clipboard as the example:

Return to Account Lab Plus and paste in your
Remote Access Key into the Server Hash field as the screenshot:

Synchronize
with WHM

Click the Synchronize button to make the server
connection as above. If you have made a connection the Current accounts
field will change from 0 to 1+.
